Attorney Profiles

Ralph Manginello was born in New York, but has been a lifelong resident of the state of Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations. He received his Jurisprudence Doctorate from the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.

His areas of practice include personal injury, workers' compensation, maritime law, wrongful termination, oil/gas royalty disputes, bad faith insurance claims, and criminal defense. Mr. Manginello has extensive trial experience and has successfully litigated a number of cases to jury verdicts.

In addition to his duties at the firm, Mr. Manginello is also heavily involved in Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Houston. He also donates to local charities in the area performs pro bono work on a yearly basis.

Mr. Manginello is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Italian Lawyers, and the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Manginello is licensed and admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
